ABOUT THE EVENT

Let's be real...the last two years have been insane, weird, stressful, and a little lonely.

The intention of this event is to provide a safe space for members of our community to laugh, cry and process everything that has happened in our world the last two years.

This is an opportunity to hold space for each other and heal as a community.

The event will showcase a range of spiritual workers that live and work in the Phoenix community, as well as an opportunity to reconnect with each other through meditation, prayer and arts and crafts.

Your ticket purchase will include pizza from Freak Brothers Pizza, a cookie from Wild Arcana, a CBD tincture from Occultist Wares, one free health elixir made by Honey (your host), a 45-minute yoga class by Aylin, a 45-minute sound healing by Ritual Reset, and a 30-minute guided meditation by Nathan Coury.

Meet your Yoga instructor- Aylin

Aylin is a yoga instructor that is passionate about helping her students find flexibility, mobility, and balance in their lives, both physically and mentally. After she discovered yoga five years ago as a way to release stress and find balance between the mind and body, she knew it in her heart to share this practice with her community. She offers instruction in different styles such as Hatha yoga, gentle slow flow yoga, Bhakti yoga, yin yoga and restorative yoga. She is a 200+ hour RYT with continuous education to evolve and integrate in her yoga classes.

Meet your Sound Healing Crew- Ritual Reset

Ritual Reset is a collective of passionate, progressive, and conscious collaborators who have come together for the purpose of facilitating meditative space through sound.

We provide a platform for assisted and guided meditation through sound both in our native Flagstaff and across the country through various events, festivals, and gatherings.

Meet your Meditation Guide - Nathan Coury

Nathan is a certified yoga teacher and has studied a variety of meditation, energy work, and sound healing techniques. His intention is to support you in feeling more anchored in your body, calm in your mind, and expansive in your spirit.
